Hi! My name is Claire. I’m a 21yr old Canadian who loves to eat, run, and lift. Health and fitness are my passion and I love to share that with others through my blog.
My journey to health and fitness has been a long and rather winding path. It started way back when I was in middle school. I was definitely a chunky kid, so of course I got teased for it. This lead to a cycle of hating myself, wanting to lose weight, not eating, and binge eating. By time I reached my final year of highschool I was definitely working on some healthier habits. But, it wasn’t until my second or third year of university that I realized being skinny wouldn’t make me happy.
Since then, I’ve been blogging, trying to promote the idea that health and fitness should be about feeling good. I started a tumblr blog (which just reached 91000 followers… yay!!!) where I love to get messages from people (if you want to check out my tumblr, click here).
I created this blog more for the purpose of keeping all of my original posts in one place. My goal is also to create pages to educate people about proper nutrition and some ideas for workouts!
